All rates are subject to change without notice. Not included in rates: tax, gratuities and service for some properties. Rentals are subject to a 6% Bahamian tax. There is also a $15.00/pp Bahamian Exit tax paid at the airport upon departure. Fishing and diving packages available. Some properties have extra charges and minimum stays. Inquire with us about our "specials". We are a full service agency and would be happy to arrange for your boat,golf cart and car reservation. We are not responsible for weather conditions. Individual homeowners are responsible for the condition of their homes, not Bahamas Vacations. All reservations, including deposits and final payments, are non-refundable and non-transferable. We offer and highly recommend the purchase of Travel Insurance through Bahamas Vacations so your vacation investment will be protected and you'll have peace of mind. The cost of the Travel Insurance plan is 7% of your entire vacation package. Airfare may be included as well. This fee will be included on your initial rental invoice along with complete coverage information. If you choose not to accept coverage you may sign a waiver which will be attached to your initial invoice and we will deduct the premium from the total invoice.
